Ordering, Payment and Delivery
Nsuvia Curated Wall Art primarily supplies made-to-order wall art. The process below explains how an enquiry becomes a confirmed order, how payment is handled and how delivery is arranged.
How an Order Works
- Select or Describe the Artwork. Choose a catalogue reference or tell us the theme, room, colour direction, orientation or style you are considering.
- Confirm Specifications. We confirm the artwork, size, print material, framing preference, quantity, delivery destination and any customization requested.
- Receive a Quotation. A numbered quotation or pro forma invoice records the agreed product specifications, payment terms, estimated production period and delivery arrangement.
- Approve the Order. The customer reviews and accepts the order details before production begins. Approval may be recorded through email, WhatsApp or another agreed written channel.
- Pay the Required Deposit. Production begins after the required deposit has cleared through the payment method stated on the official quotation or invoice.
- Production and Framing. The selected artwork is prepared, printed and professionally framed or finished according to the confirmed order.
- Completion Preview. Where appropriate, Nsuvia shares a photograph or short video showing the completed piece before dispatch.
- Final Payment. The outstanding balance and any unpaid delivery, insurance or shipping charges must clear before dispatch unless different written terms were agreed.
- Packaging and Dispatch. The artwork is packaged according to its size, frame and destination and handed to the agreed delivery or shipping provider.
- Tracking and Delivery. Tracking, courier or shipment information is shared where the selected provider makes it available.
Viewing Additional Designs
The website displays a small representative catalogue. Customers looking for other colours, subjects, collections or orientations may request a curated shortlist.
- The customer describes the room, approximate wall size, preferred style, colour direction and delivery location.
- Nsuvia selects a manageable group of relevant designs from its private catalogue.
- Reduced-resolution protected previews are shared for selection.
- Each preview carries a product reference and preview protection.
- The customer identifies preferred options.
- Final specifications, framing, price and delivery are then confirmed.
Privately shared previews remain selection materials only. They are not print-ready files and should not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used for production.
To protect the collection and make selection easier, Nsuvia may limit each shortlist to designs considered most relevant to the customer’s stated requirements.
How Payment Is Handled
Nsuvia Curated Wall Art does not currently collect card details directly through this website. After the order details are confirmed, the customer receives official payment instructions through a numbered quotation, pro forma invoice or secure third-party payment link.
- Bank transfer
- Business or merchant mobile-money payment
- Secure payment link issued through an approved payment provider
- Another payment method expressly stated in the quotation
Available payment methods may differ according to the customer’s location, currency, order value and provider availability.
- Pay only against an official quotation or invoice carrying an order reference.
- Confirm that the recipient or merchant name matches the payment instructions.
- Nsuvia will never ask for a mobile-money PIN, banking password, card PIN or one-time password.
- Do not treat a payment screenshot as proof that funds have cleared.
- If payment details appear to change, verify them using rogers@nsuvia.com and the official Nsuvia WhatsApp number before paying.
Typical Payment Structure
Payment terms are confirmed on each quotation. Unless the quotation states otherwise, Nsuvia may use the following structure for made-to-order retail work.
Local Kampala orders
- 60% deposit before production
- 40% balance after completion confirmation and before or at the agreed delivery point
Upcountry Uganda orders
- 60% to 70% deposit before production
- Remaining balance and delivery cost before dispatch
International retail orders
- Normally 70% deposit before production
- Remaining balance, shipping and any agreed insurance charges before dispatch
Corporate, hotel, office or bulk orders
Payment may be divided into agreed milestones based on design confirmation, production, approval, delivery or installation.
The payment terms appearing on the accepted quotation or invoice take priority over the general examples above.
Production and Completion Estimates
Production timing depends on the selected artwork, size, material, frame, quantity, customization requirements and current production workload. An estimated period is provided when the order is confirmed.
- Production estimates begin after the required deposit and final specifications are received.
- Customer-requested changes may affect the estimated completion date.
- Completion and shipping dates are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
- Nsuvia communicates material delays when they become known.
Delivery Within Uganda
- Kampala delivery or collection arrangements are agreed during confirmation.
- Delivery outside Kampala is quoted according to destination, package size, weight and delivery provider.
- The customer must provide a reachable telephone number and accurate delivery details.
- Courier or transport charges may be billed separately.
- Tracking or dispatch information is shared where available.
- The customer or authorized recipient should inspect the package promptly after delivery.
Where We Deliver
Nsuvia Curated Wall Art accepts quotation requests for delivery within Uganda and selected international destinations. Every shipment remains subject to confirmation of the artwork dimensions, framing, packaging, carrier availability, payment method, customs requirements and delivery address.
Uganda
We assess delivery within Kampala and to other Ugandan towns and districts according to courier or transport availability, package size, weight and destination.
Priority international destinations
International quotation requests may currently be submitted for the following priority destinations:
- Kenya
- Tanzania
- Rwanda
- South Africa
- United Kingdom
- United States
- Canada
- United Arab Emirates
- Australia
These destinations represent priority markets for quotation enquiries rather than guaranteed shipping coverage. Nsuvia confirms carrier availability, shipping cost, delivery documentation and any destination restrictions before accepting an international order.
Other eligible destinations
Other eligible destinations may be considered on request. Availability depends on carrier coverage, payment-provider support, customs requirements and compliance review.
An international order is not confirmed until Nsuvia has approved the destination and issued a written quotation covering the applicable shipping arrangement.
International Orders and Shipping
International delivery is assessed individually. Availability and cost depend on the destination, artwork size, whether the piece is framed or unframed, packed dimensions, weight, insurance options and the selected carrier.
- A shipping quotation is obtained after artwork specifications and destination are confirmed.
- Some large pieces may be more practical to ship unframed or rolled, subject to agreement.
- Framed pieces require stronger protective packaging and may attract higher shipping costs.
- Final payment and shipping charges must clear before dispatch.
- A commercial invoice, packing information and transport documents are prepared where required.
- Tracking details are shared where available.
- Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, customs or destination-country processes.
Unless the quotation expressly states otherwise, import duties, customs charges, local taxes, clearance costs and destination-country fees are the customer’s responsibility.
Customers should confirm local import requirements before ordering. Nsuvia may request additional recipient or shipment information needed by the carrier or customs process.
Before accepting an international payment, Nsuvia may verify the customer, payment recipient, destination, delivery provider and any information required by the bank, payment provider, carrier or customs process.
Nsuvia may decline an enquiry or order where delivery, payment processing or the proposed transaction is unavailable, restricted or cannot be completed with reasonable compliance assurance.
Customers must not request delivery through an intermediary, alternate address or third party for the purpose of avoiding a destination restriction.
Packaging, Tracking and Insurance
- Packaging is selected according to artwork size, frame type and destination.
- Shipping insurance may be quoted where available and appropriate.
- Insurance availability and coverage depend on the carrier and destination.
- The customer should retain all packaging if a transit-damage claim may be required.
- Tracking does not guarantee a specific delivery time.
How Our Artwork Is Created
Nsuvia Curated Wall Art offers curated, digitally created visual designs. Selected designs are prepared for print, presented through realistic room mockups and produced in the agreed size and finish after an order is confirmed.
- Catalogue images and customer shortlists are visual previews.
- A preview is not the print-ready master file.
- Screen colours, brightness and room lighting may cause slight differences from the physical print.
- The exact size, frame and presentation are confirmed before production.
- Customization requests are assessed before acceptance.
What the Customer Purchases
The customer purchases the agreed physical printed and, where applicable, framed wall-art product. Unless expressly agreed in writing, the purchase does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, digital master files or the right to reproduce, resell or commercially distribute the artwork.
The customer may display the physical piece for normal personal or organizational use.
Offices, Hotels and Multiple Locations
Quotations for organizations may cover:
- Multiple pieces
- Several branches or locations
- Coordinated artwork themes
- Alternative sizes and frame options
- Delivery schedules
- Installation requirements where available
- Phased production
- Corporate invoicing and approval requirements
